Can some one give me advise?

What colleges should I look to apply?
I want to major in Biology(not decided specifically) for pre-med, planning to go to medical school in US.

im international from S. Korea, i've been going to high school in US for about 3 years.
My gpa is 3.93, class rank 2/27, no AP(our school doesnt offer) in SAT i took yesterday im expecting about 600V 800M 650W

May V500 M760 W580(essay 9)
Oct V570 M800 W530(essay 5)
Nov Math790 Chem640 Bio550
Toefl 105 (highest score out of 2)
played 3 sports for one year but not since i transferred.
participated Leadership and mentorship programs
in book club, drama club, key club(president)

Well i know i have better chance in engineering, due to good Math but bad bad bad science scores..
but i really want to go to medical school.

I have 3 QUESTIONS

1. Can you point out some colleges that could be considered too low or too high for me in this list. What should i remove or add?
Penn State Michigan State (these two i consider safety)
Purdue U. U of Massachusetts
U of Iowa U of Texas-Austin
U of Pittsburgh U of Georgia
U of Florida U of Illinois-Urbana-Champaign
U of Wisconsin-Madison U of North Carolina-Chappel Hill
U of Michigan-Ann Arbor Case Western Reserve University
I tended to select public colleges cuz of financial problem (except Case, my uncle lives by Cleveland)

2. Do you think i have any chance in U of Virginia and College of William and Mary?

3. Also do i have chance on financial aid in some LAC schols as international student? I know that LACs are better for pre-med but they are too expensive

Also any advise are welcomed
thanks

Well,U might hav guessd by surfin at CC...that ur SAT scores r very less(not for me atleast!!!.....)..
But,U hav taken it on Dec....n expect that score....then thats a good improvement.....
Ur stats look good(considering ur GPA........as u hav not mentiond ur school stats anywhere....).....
As for ur questions.......well none can tell u which uni will b perfect coz it depends on U who can decide on the selection of unis that matchs Ur life..
As for scholarships/fin.aid at LACs.......LACs accept about 60-80 students(generally this is same for all LACs..)...and the aid is very-very limitd,U can guess about the competition for Aid urself.......

U Mich, UNC, and probably UT are "too high." If you are serious about academics, I don't recommend U Mass.

yeah i know the competition for aid is tough
so i guess ill focus on public schools...

u think U Mich, UNC, and UT are too high for me?
is it because of my scores? or EC?
i dont know how much higher usual international students have in tests,
but i thought i was in average or little below average in the freshmen range...

The problem is you're out of state and have to reach a higher bar with your SAT scores than the in-staters do.
