I have some questions about the forms that I am filling way too late.
1.I am in a gap year; do I have to send the midyear report? It's not even midyear in Argentina...
2.Where it says "school you currently attend", should I write the last one or nothing?
3.Must I send the original evaluations of my teacher and my counselor, or only those translated by my English teacher and signed by them?

1. You probably do not have to send the mid-year report, but email the colleges you are applying to to make sure.
2. Which form is this? Is it the common app?
3. As far as I know, you have to send both. Check the college websites, they usually have info on these things.

Yes, it is the common app, in those teacher evaluation forms and school report. I think I'll leave it blank.
