Rister, did you know that the show (Ghost in the Shell) that inspired The Matrix was based on a line from the Catcher in the Rye:

"I thought what I'd do was, I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes". In the book, it continues as "That way I wouldn't have to have any goddamn stupid useless conversations with anybody. If anybody wanted to tell me something they'd have to write it on a piece of paper and shove it over to me. They'd get bored as hell doing that after a while, and then I'd be through with having conversations for the rest of my life."

I find each books I read very good. The last book I completed was Nicci French's "Killing me slowly"...a fantastic psychological thriller....a must read . Harry Potter Series was gr8...finished 7 books in a week. (1 paperback and 6 ebooks)...and, yeah, dan brown rocks - especially, angels and demons.
