I'm also very confused. Is anyone taking blankets and bed sheets from Nepal?

i think bed sheets and blankets are to be bought in college stores. they have even sent me a price for it! the airlines allows only 46 kilos. so, taking along blanket is not a good idea at all!

i havent started shopping as well. i just had my vaccinations.besides, the college has sent me a list of items to bring in college. but, i dont understand the names of half of em! (what are flip flops, dry erase,power strips cable....?????@#$%^&)

ayush753, is that a list especially for international students? If so, please post that here.
Here are some good lists that I found, the problem is that these are not 100% applicable for international students:
