Hi there antoalex. I guess you meant to say class of 2012 not 1012
Anyway, regarding your questions: if the colleges didn't ask about them, it might not be such a big deal after all. As you said, it is somewhat late.
To what colleges did you apply?
And regarding financial aid, the collegeboard app is ok, some schools ask for the collegeboard certificate too, but that is more important for the visa and I-20 when you get accepted.
Congratulations on your acceptance to Lake Forest!

From the groundbreaking series "Spring Rejection Harvest" (aired almost daily for intellectually disadvantaged students like me) I come before thee with what I call a FINE collection of colleges that simply said NO to my chimerical pursuit of happiness. Big names such as Caltech(R), Rice(R), Lehigh(R), Northwestern(W), WUSTL (W), RPI(W) and Duke(W) assure me that there truly is a place for anyone... and the place for me ends in 'o-Mania', as a foreboding for a future insanity. Well...good luck to you, proud scholars. Ten years from now I'll be looking forward to reading about your achievements in the newspapers first thing in the morning, after my nightshifts of course.

Oh...the guys from Colgate were really original: "The admission process this year was the most competitive in Colgate's history". they had almost 10 000 applications for 730 places . We should win a Nobel and make them regret their decision.

Dear babyshambles...i lived for three months at Caltech and it's not that bad. I met a lot of interesting people . The campus is really beautiful. And the Romanians who study there are some of the nicest persons I have ever met Not to mention the fact that you can get involved in some very good research programs and get paid during the summer
