| It all depends. If you smoke just 1 cigarette, and a whole hookah yourself, 5 mins v/s 45 mins. Then yes, it's more dangerous. But it's meant to be smoked in a group, so then it really isn't. Most smokers have atleast 3-4 cigarettes on average/day, whereas hookah say once a week for like 10-15 mins overall is really not gonna make any difference at all.
Cigarette smoking is disgusting anyway. I can't stand it.
