there is no exact answer to the question. different schools have different ways of calculating gpa. hence, the GPA you have to be recalulated by the individual colleges themselves.
additionally, there is no real cut off because GPA is only part of the application process, it is considered with a series of other factors. You won't be denied admission solely based on your GPA.
