I might be bias but I woud choose LSE. I have been to Latin America guys and LSE is more popular than Georgetown in some places. At least my economic teacher made me love LSE. I love Georgetown too so they will both be ok for me.
LSE anyday over georgetown .. bill clinton might have gone to georgetown ... but over 40 heads of state have studied at LSE ... not to include dozens more of MP's etc .. and it really doesnt matter how big the campus is .. it only matters how big the college's reputation .. we go to college to study and get employed, not to admire trees and ponds . yes, they're a plus .. but they arent the thing !
^actually you go to college to learn not to just get a job. people like you make me sad. FYI some people learn better in a nicer environment. not only does LSE lack a traditional college campus, the weather in london is depressing.
@OP i don't think you can go wrong with either uni.
In terms of reputation, LSE beats UMich, UChi and NYU.. but in terms of education, only UChi is better or at least on par with LSE out of the 3. my 2 cents.
If you enjoy the big green campus life, then you might prefer Georgetown, but at LSE, even though you might not have a campus, you've got all of London! Plus it's got a great international rep...
