It depends though. Can you name some very difficult or moderately difficult schools that youre aiming for? But hey, don't blindly make a list of schools without even looking at their websites. In other words, it is a must to glean info from various sources and develop a personal sense whether you should apply or not.

To get significant aid at any school that does not meet need, your stats usually have to be at the top of the pool applying to the school. If you have something unusual to offer--you're from a country they don't get many applicants from, you're an athlete or URM or have an unusual EC, you might have a chance without being at the top.

You can look at the common data set for each school by using Google, type in 'Common data set Harvard' to see what it will take to be at the top. In general, internationals need higher stats than Americans.

I would recommend you to apply to Berea. A friend of mine with stats similar to that of yours got into Berea with full aid. But make sure you have a very passionate personal statement. I think they emphasize more on that.
