Is it possible to do part time job while full time mba in canada?

Hi All,

I am from India and have applied for the FULL TIME MBA program in Canadaian B schools. I need to know that is it possible to work for atleast 10 hours per week during Full Time MBA in Canada. If yes how much can one earn by that?

Based on the answer I have to plan my finance for MBA.

Please find some time out to answer this question.

Regards,
Abhishek

I don't see why not. You might have to get a visa that allows you to work though. I'm not sure how that works.

Ok.. But i heard that MBA will keep me tooo busy to work for part time job. The program will be for 8 hours per day and assignments will keep us busy for the rest of the day.

Jus wanted to know if any MBA full time students in US or Canada are actually doing part time job.

Thank you for the reply.

Very few full time MBA students work. Students generally borrow enough to support themselves. For most programs study groups are widely used and not being available will be a disadvantage.

Dear HMOM

will you please explain more about the study group and what will be the disadvantage for not being part of that.
Is it really hard to take 10 hours out of one week to work for part time?

thanks for the reply
