Its not SAT I, SAT II or TOEFL that gets you into a college. The overall personality of your application should match the need of the college, and this is formed not only from numbers but also from essays, grades, recommendations, the intensity of intellectual adventure (!) you are involved in and so on. The admission officials should be convinced that their investment in you (investment of 2,00,000 USD!) would pay them back. Just a kind of business deal for international students. Of course, a stellar SAT I score can be one way of proving your worth, but its not only the way, SAT II , APs and tough courses can show your tendency of academic risk taking and that is valuable. The value of SAT I for international students is quite clear by the fact that MIT requires only TOEFL for international students. (Believe it or not!)
With your app, you should sit back, relax and just worship "Chance Almighty."

^but you dont need 700+ cr to get your toefl waiver. score of around 600 will be enough. and if you dont get that much then you can take toefl afterwards (after you get the SAT result).

try to score above 600 first... and if you dont get it... register for a TOEFL test... and pray that you get an earlier date... and if you dont... spend some extra 9.5 dollars for each college... yes.. u could do that!!! hahahaha

Guys just take your Toefl test asap. Don't take up burden of mailing each of your college and asking em to waive your Toefl scores specially during admission time when they are so busy. Just go and take the test, its much easier that Sat. All colleges will not waive your scores for 600. You have to score 650 and above to make sure your Toefl is waived and scoring 650 is not an easy task for most of the students. Forget about 650 scoring 600 is difficult when you first take a practice test. As for SAt2 make sure you give it just after you finish you finals.

interesting discussion going on here.
for all i know. and if i may contribute. i think we should take our toefl after all.
collegeboard says that the the remaining dates for SAT1 are this may and june, then its october directly.Deadline for may has passed and i have my exams on june. so if i spoil october SAT then i wouldn't have even my TOEFL for the ED. now i wouldn't want to do that
and grambling dai(since you are a senior)
it seems that you have a very good CR and you applied to 28 colleges. where did you get in dai. With scores like that you must have some pretty awesome colleges in your pocket
