which SAT II's to take?

i've already taken the SAT I, but i have not even seen the II's yet.
i am taiwanese so i know chinese, but i've studied english ever since i moved during 5 years old, so my chinese isnt that good.

i took regular physics this year, but it was mostly basics.
i also took chemistry.. which was okok
i took US history last year.. i still got all my papers, but it was regular class and not AP..

so which SAT II do i take?
and how hard are they? how long are they? are they all multiple choice?
and how do i study for them?

Dont take SAT II chinese. 800 is only 56th percentile or something. So if you get 790, you'll look REALLY REALLY stupid. And adcoms don't consider your native language as a test and will just consider you as lazy - no matter how you describe your situation as a poor chinese speaker.

Take SAt ii chemistry

Sat ii maths Ic or IIC (suggest IIC, better curve. but don't take it if you've only done basic maths.. which i doubt)

And prestigous colleges like it when you take a foreign language as an SAT II. So if you have taken 3+ years of foreign language at school, I suggest you take it.

Go through a physics practice test and see if you can answer 70% of the test. If you can, go ahead with the test - just study study study a bit more.. that is, if you have time.
Physics curve is pretty generous.

They are all multiple choice.

And US histroy is just memorising. If you have a very big memory capacity, take it. But the topic is pretty generalised. If you want to take it, memorise your whole text book and take it. You'll ace it then.

They all are 1hr long. (i think)
