@Taffiedog10 I think they do try to find interviewers you have a lot in common with. I'm president of the drama club and they had someone call me who loves theater.

@aliceinwonderland have you already been accepted to TFA? my friend that is now in TFA says her phone interviewer basically advocated for her throughout the entire application process, and now she works under her! seems crazy to me. i seriously hate waiting. I just want to know about the final interview! anyone else feeling this way?

Waiting is the worst part! The terrible part is you don't find out if you are accepted until January 7th! Either way it is good though, this gives me time to really think about the different regions they have to offer.

Yeah the wait for the 3rd deadline is a bit longer than 2nd deadline. I'm so happy I applied 2nd deadline and I already know! Best of luck to all of you!! The waiting becomes unbearable.

I agree with crazygolfer, I feel sorry for you guys applying 3dl. I found out that I was accepted 13 days after my final interview. Prepare for the final interview and you'll do great.

Does anyone know how much the online activity weighs on a person's chance of being invited to the final interview compared to the phone interview?

@pml161991- I am assuming the phone interview is more important. I heard of several people who just completed the interview process who had shorter one on one interviews on the day of the final interview because their selector told them that the interviewer who did their phone interview kept good enough notes that they didn't have to ask all the questions.

That being said, would set apart enough time to sit down and do the online activity well.

I feel the online activity was a little rough. I am not sure if my answers were even in the ballpark of what they were looking for. What did you guys think?

@lea415 I thought I was the only one who struggled a little with it.

I think I did well on the phone interview but it is hard to gauge your performance on the online activity

I wonder if the activity changed at all from 1st and 2nd deadline. I thought the 30 min "quiz" was pretty easy and the rest of it was all fairly subjective.

@crazyholfer68 I have applied before a few years ago and it was the same online activity.

@crazygolfer68

I agree completely. The quiz was easy and the other parts were a little tricky/subjective.
