I haven't found a thread dedicated to SEO for this year, so I thought I'd start one. How is everyone's process going? Good luck to everybody out there!

I applied for the Investment Research program back in the middle of September. I just received an invitation for an In-Person or Skype interview a few days ago.

Isn't there usually a phone/Skype screening interview first? Anyone know why I didn't have to do this?

I applied for the Finance/Accounting program for banking about the same time, and had a Skype/phone screen on October 3rd. Scheduled my In-Person yesterday.

I have no idea why you didn't have to go through the screen, but if anything, it seems like you were fast-tracked straight to the In-Person!

Hopefully somebody with more experience can help with answering that one though, because that's just my best guess.

I looked into it and turns out you were right. They don't conduct phone screens for everyone. It depends on your application.

I guess they liked my application, so now I just have to kill this interview.

Hi guys, I have a phone interview tomorrow and I'm extremely nervous! Is it simply behavorial questions or should I bury my head into vaultguide and math books for the rest of the night? I say this because I am a law major and have not taken any finance courses yet. Btw, I applied for Asset Management.

So I'm guessing your interview was cancelled as well?

No, mine is still tomorrow too.

Mine was cancelled due to the flooding around the New York office, along with the lack of electricity and power.

How did your interviews go?

I called my recruiter and she did not pick up...You were right osu112, the hurricane did some damage up there. I had to reschedule it for tomorrow.

What was the split between behavioral/technical questions?

Zero technical questions. I pretty much got asked only three questions:

Why did you choose the division you chose?
What are your plans for the future?
Do you follow anything in the market?---And I answered this one completely honestly...I said no I did not.
