Economics Major from UCSD

Hello all,

I'm sorry if this is a dumb questions but, I want to become a Marketing Manager or an Advertisment/Promotion specialist. However, as I am currently planning to attend UCSD as a Economics Major in Muir (Fall 2013), I'm not sure if I should go...

My questions is:

1. If I do get a BA in Economics, can I still be a Marketing Manager? Or get into Marketing.
2. How do I get out of I won't become a Marketing Manager?

PS: I'm a transfer from a CC.
PPS: I also got in UCD Managerial Economics, and UCI Business Administration

Thank you so much, I'm really stomped.
