College Professor

What are the requirements? Any exam? Is it true that you need at least a Masters to teach at the college level? I want to focus on junior colleges and then maybe in the midst of things I can simultaneously teach and pursue a doctorate later. Can someone give me more information or any helpful websites that can answer my question.

for most good universities you have to have a phD to teach. I believe, though, that you can be a lecturer if you have a Masters...However to really be a professor at any university you must have a doctorate and in a college you must have Masters.
