Google/Mircrosoft

I received entry-level job offers from both of these companies. Which interview should I take?

That doesn't even make sense. Do you have an interview or an offer? If the latter, give us the details.

Interview for both but take the job from Google if you have a choice. I think it's more of an upcoming company than Microsoft.

If its an interview .. then interview with both !!
If its a job offer , depends on the position.. given the fact that both Google and Microsoft offer 3 very similar roles (Dev,Test,PM for technology) , it boils down to which group you are going into and what you really want to do. Most people would recommend google since its the new big thing , but depends on what you want to do , Msft is largely dependent on which group gave you an offer so do try to find out more specifically about your group.

I have a friend who do currently interning at Google. It seems like a very nice place to work and he likes it a lot. Mountainview is beautiful and there are a lot of interesting people. Unless you feel a draw toward Microsoft, I would recommend that choose Google. You haven't told us what position you were offered, but I suspect that you would have more freedom at Google.

Microsoft is general known as a sweat shop and so is Intel. Microsoft used to grant stock options, they don't anymore, they give stocks but in smaller amount. But if it's your fist job and you have no other choices then you go with whoever gives you the job.
