almost all job and internship postings i have seen want people with "great"/"excellent" interpersonal skills. i want to know exactly what do they mean. do they want national champion debaters or people who can just get the point across? when they use words like "great" or "excellent" i have an image of a ceo delivering a corporate speech to thousands of clients and employees.
