UN in HS?

I am interested in an internship in NYC at the UN or a consulate. Has anyone done that and has advice how to do so? Thanks so much!

I actually have two friends who are interns at the UN right now in NYC. WIT or something of the sort?

What grade are you?

The UN is notoriously tough to get internships at if you don't have a connection. As far as I'm aware the General Assembly only takes Grad students. I think a consulate is much more doable. Find a list of consulates in NYC and start sending out resumes.
