i think i've had about roughly 5-6 interviews in last 3-4 weeks and none of them even send=t me a rejection letter except one... (thank you so much for letting me know)

is this normal? am i that incompetent even not to get a rejection letter? i've scored around 14-15 interviews this semester but i'm not doing so hot in any of these...gah...

Yeah, I don't know if too many companies send out rejection letters. I think most of them assume that if they don't respond to you, you'll get the message. I know it sucks, its happened to me. I actually think that not getting any notification is better than getting a rejection because you get that e-mail or letter from them and you think its good news, but it turns out its not.

I think it's fairly rare for companies to send out rejection letters. The applicant who accepted the offer may in fact turn it down later, the company may actually need more people than they previously thought, or something else might happen that necessitates going back into the applicant pool. So they don't want to burn any bridges if it's unnecessary. Why reject someone when you can just not hire them?

I'd agree to see if you can do a mock interview to see if you're missing something. Also, 3-4 weeks may not be enough, depending on how quick their hiring schedule is.
