Essential Computer Skills For a Biochemist?

I'm interested in possibly working at a biotech company once I graduate, at least for a few years. Are there any specific computer programs I should be familiar with? What other skills besides computers will employers be looking for, and how can I best develop those skills? I'm a junior... should I know by now what area of biochemistry I'll be emphasizing in? Right now I have no idea.

I'm working on getting a research position now, and possibly doing some volunteer work at a hospital. But somehow I feel that I should be doing more to make myself marketable.

I need advice! :-)
