Are there such things as Private Counselors to help college juniors and seniors find and apply for fellowships. I know there is an organization called National Association of Fellowship Advisors for college counselors, but are there any that work in the private sector?

I'm not sure, but what's wrong with the fellowship advisers at your school? I'm not sure what a private adviser would provide over one from your school. It isn't like high school where your counselor gives you about 20 minutes of advise. Most colleges provide the works to kids applying for fellowships. The school wants it almost as much as you do.
