Hey, guys. Seeing as you all have already secured an internship with SEO, could you tell me what previous internship experience you had that might have put you over the edge during the process. I'd like to get a better idea on how to prepare myself before applying for SEO next year.

I'm currently a freshman at UMD College Park(although I'm currently working on transferring out) and I have an internship with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority(formerly NASD) in the Equities Markets Division. I'm also fairly involved on campus.

Also, I applied to the SEO-U program but I'm yet to receive a decision. For those who applied, do you have any idea when I should expect one?

EDIT: I'm more interested in S&T than IBD, if that's worth anything.
