Need Help Deciding

I'm a junior, electrical engineering major. I'm in the process for searching for internships for summer of 2008.

I have one offer, from Lockheed Martin in a so-so location, doing EE type work. I have accepted this offer. It is dependent on if I pass a security clearance. If I don't, most likely they'll can the offer. It's kind of nerve-wrecking because I could be canned a week before and not have an internship at all for the summer.

I have another offer coming in from Boeing. It's CS-related, writing/testing software. I've only taken 2 CS classes and it's in a great location.

Which would you do? Ultimately, my full-time job goal is to work as an EE but then get an MBA.

Is there any reason to suspect that you won't pass the security clearance? I'm not being nosy, but if you show no evidence of drug or alcohol abuse, or credit problems, or suspicious visits to foreign countries with hostile governments, then you should be fine.

Right, I have nothing to hide. I'm clean of any drugs, illegal alcohol usage, or the sort. I'm not really worried, but concerned. I've visited a foreign country once (where my parents are from), but for vacation purposes. I do not have any ties to any foreign government, at all.

It a summer internship. I would put location extremely low on my decision analysis. If it looks like a good chance to see a number of things --work wide go with Lockheed....unless there is some overriding reason to take the boeing job.
