After Big 4?

So I know a good amount of people work in Big 4 firms for the experience for a couple years, but what do these people do after Big 4? What're your options as a CPA with a couple of years of Big 4 experience? Thanks.

plenty

generally accountants in the big 4 who have been there for a few years and dont realy like the big firm atmosphere tend to go to corporate accounting. they go to fortune 500 companies where the work schedule is less demanding and the salaries are just as high.
kmzizzle said corporate lawyer...this is an option, if you want to go back to law school etc.
if you work in the big 4 for a few years, you will have some options. and as always, it depends who you know.

Thanks for the responses.

I'm really torn between going into Accounting right now or staying in Finance.

As a spinoff question, do Analysts working in Corporate Finance for a Fortune 500 have the ability to make as much as a CPA? I'm not just thinking about the money, I just can't seem to find data on how much people make in Corporate Finance out of school and after like ten years. Any info would be great.
