I'm applying for a finance internship with a Fortune 500 company.

The only job I've ever held is as a cashier at Target.

My question:
I've been managing my stock portfolio for about 5 years right now, and have devoted a lot of time and effort into that. Can I list it under work experience?

I'm also the founder of alphaeconomist.com. Founded in the fall, and starting to slowly build a user base. Would/Should I list it under work experience also?

Yes, list hobbies, volunteer service, paid experience as work experience.
