| Unpaid Attorney General's Internship
Hello,
I'm in my freshman year at a major Boston area university and I've been offered a summer internship at the Office of the Attorney General. However, the internship is unpaid and does not reimburse travel expenses in the form of commuter rail passes or gas money, both of which would be significant coming from the suburbs of Boston.
Is it worth the costs to accept the internship at the AG's office? Will it be perceived highly by future employers/law schools or would it be wiser to continue working at a normal, non-legal related summer job?
