i was curious. i was wondering if i was keep getting rejected because of this. do they do this after the offer, after the on-campus interview, etc etc?
im 100% sure the contents on my resume are perfectly valid, but many of them were international experiences so i was wondering if something was going wrong during this.
Most employers do background checks after they interview you and review your application. They do background checks to make sure all the information is true and accurate and to see if you have a criminal history (felonies, bad credit etc.). Any false information will lead to an immediate dismissal and no job offer.
is there anyway i can do background checks on myself to see what's going on? is there like a third party company i can hire to do myself a background check?
