Hi,

I'm currently a 2nd year Mechanical Engineering student in a UC. I was wondering how foreign companies differ from American companies in their recruitment processes. For instance Internships in the US are known and held in high regard by employers, but elsewhere in the world internships seem to be an unknown. I ask this since I will probably work outside my home country after graduation, due to lack of engineering opportunities there. Any tips on applying for engineering positions outside the US?
