"There are well-paying teaching jobs available in South Korea. All you need is a passport and a Four-Year diploma.
Schools will fly you here for free, pay for your housing and pay you more than 2,000 US a month. Because of the free housing and low cost of living, it's very easy to save $1,000 a month. That's $11,000 a year. Plus, you get a one-month bonus at the end of a contract ($2,000), your final one-month pay check ($2,000), you pension ($2,000) back and a flight home. After a year, you should have $15,000 in the bank. I'm signing on for another year and I will walk away with $25,000 in the bank.
There are currently 10,000 English Teachers in Korea. I live in the south of South Korea in the city of Busan. It's right on the ocean, with lots of mountains around. Recent college graduates from America, Canada, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, England and New Zealand come here to teach English. It's a great place to be young. You only teach between the hours of 3pm and 9pm (after school English academy), which means you can go out every night if you wish!
Korea is not as modern as Japan, which more is modern than America, but is highly developed. It's a small country but 50 million people live here.
