FXCM operations associate?

well, i'm actually an engineer undergrad and going to have a final interview w/ GE,

but i was also referred to this particular job (FXCM operations).

because i was originally thinking of doing engineering for like 5 yrs, do MBA, and then go into consulting/management/ or even finance, i dunno if i should consider this particular job...

in other words, i have no idea how this job compares to becoming an engineer in GE in terms of prestige, pay, and MBA prospect.

can someone throw me some light?
