BMO Financial Group

I was recently accepted into BMO Financial Group/Harris N.A.'s "Bank-Wide Student Training Program," and I was just wondering if anyone has heard of this program. If so, could you let me in on what you think, or have heard, about it? Thanks.

Actually, I have a pretty good idea of what the position is about procedurally, but my only source of information is the company, so I was looking for other people's opinions--looking for a source of pertinent information that is less bais.
