company open house rsvp

HoHow do we rsvp for an open house? Do we say something along the lines of, "Hi, Thank you for
considering my resume as I am very interested in learning more about your company. I would
like to RSVP for your open house on... Sincerely, ..."

Is thIsIs thIs this enough? I'm really not sure what to say. They said, in their email,
that they reviewed my
resume and found a match between my background and their staffing needs
and want to invite
me to their open house to learn more about their company and interview with
a hiring manager.
Also, does this mean my chances are 50% now?

That sounds good enough. All they're trying to do is to get a headcount most likely. Your "chances" depends on how many people they invited to the open house and how many positions they have. There's no way to know just from getting an interview, but it is of courses a good sign.

Thanks for the reply. I looked at their job postings thing in the career section of their website and it looks like they only have one intern position which was posted 1 day before I got the email. I have a feeling that it's going to be a waste of time if they only have 1 position and invite so many people, but I'm still going to go for the adventure.
