World Bank JPA

So I'm pretty sure I've found my dream right-out-of-college job: working as a World Bank Junior Professional Associate. However, I'm pretty sure this is an extremely selective position. I've looked around and there isn't too much info on it, sadly.

Does anyone have more information about the program? What is looked for in applicants? What should college students do to better their chances?

Really appreciate any help!

World Bank JPA isn't really an entry level job. Most people that get it have 1-2 years of work experience. Your chances can increase dramatically depending on where you have citizenship.

I have triple citizenship, including a country in Latin America. No US citizenship though.
