PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Financial Management & Analysis Internship

Does anyone have any knowledge on what exactly this internship entails?

There is a long description given for it, but it is not too specific and hits many broad sections.

Job Description The Advisory Financial Management and Analysis team possesses knowledge of core operating environments of finance functions for a wide range of companies - start-ups through large multi-international organizations. Individuals typically have experience with improving companies' transactional and decision support processes, enhancing underlying technologies, and refining organizational designs required to make each individual process more effective and operate in an efficient matter. Other core competencies include strong written and presentation skills as well as change management capabilities.
Position/Program Requirements Job Duties

Participate in select phases of Financial Management and Analysis projects including evaluating accounting, economic and/or financial issues of a client.

Demonstrate creative thinking and individual initiative.

Cultivate teamwork dynamics through working as a team member: understand personal and team roles; contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback.

Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; communicate potential conflicts to a supervisor.

Job Requirements

Interest in all aspects of financial management and analysis and a desire to pursue a career in Advisory.

Demonstrate the ability to research and analyze pertinent client, industry, and technical matters.

Ability to demonstrate strong problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management in both written and verbal form.

Ability to self-motivate and take responsibility for personal growth and development.

Flexibility and desire to travel, as client assignments require.
