job after small, liberal arts school?

Did anyone who attended a very good small, liberal arts school (like, say grinnell or bowdoin or pomona) have a hard time finding a job after graduation?
just asking bc i would imagine the alumni networks at those schools are smaller?

Sure, they're smaller, but there are also fewer using them. I would think Grinnell's network is probably regional but Bowdoin and Pomona have pretty wide networks.
