So I tried getting a Petroleum internship last year and recieved 3 interviews, but did not get one. This year when I sent in my resume to Chevron, I didnt even get the interview. It frustrates me because a lot of other kids I know are getting in, and I can't figure out what they have over me.

Could someone who knows what the companies look for take a look at my resume and see what is wrong?

well, does your resume look nice? do you have good grades and a good major? are you eligible to work in the US? Do you have relevant experience that would make chevron think you are interested in their type of work?

I think my resume is ok. I have a 3.8 in mechanical eng with minor in petroleum. I am elgible for work in us. I don't have any relevant experience, but this is exactly why i want an internship....
hopefully ill get something this year but things are looking bleak
looks like i might have to go into finance/consulting
