omit AA degree in Resume, okay?

Is it okay to not mention in my resume that I have an AA degree? I want to change my major, so it will take me another 2 years to graduate, a total of 6 years in college. So, I want to omit the AA degree. Would that make me a liar? Cause for not being employed? Any risk to consider if I do this?

It's your resume; as long as you don't lie, it's fine.

oh thank you, i am really worried because it may seem like I am misleading my future employers. I really regret getting that degree, my cc counselor suggested that I do it. Now, I felt that I should not have.
