"W" on a CS Transcript

Hi,

I am a Computer Science student at a State University, and I took an upper division CS course thinking i'll be able to handle it. Turns out, one month and two assignments into the course, I stand nowhere. The course is purely weighed on the assignments (like most CS courses) so I was wondering how much will a withdraw from this course affect me in terms of getting an internship/job.

I haven't had a W till date, and I am a junior with a 3.4.

Thanks
