I have had phone interviews with companies last year and if I got a next round or an offer, they would call. If I didn't, I never heard back from them.

For the on campus interviews that I had last year, I got offers from all of them so they always called back.

This is my question:
After going through several on campus interviews, they all told me I would hear a decision in a couple weeks. By that, do they mean that they would call back even if you dont get an next round/offer? Or do they mean the "We will call back if we are interested" type of deal?

Usually if you get rejected they send you an email saying you've been rejected. However, some companies don't contact you back at all so if that's the case you might have to ask them after about 4 weeks b/c they usually make a decision within 2-3. But basically if they want you they will contact you. If not, whatever...
