I was wondering if it is worthwhile for me to leave myself on the waitlist for Harvard [Actually considering going there from the waitlist] even though I have put in my deposit for Wharton.
Which college is better for I-banking recruitment??? or Finance??? or Business in general?????
For banking, there is basically no difference between Harvard and Wharton. For other fields there may be. So in case you want to change your mind during the next 4 years, Harvard is probably the better bet. But hey, Wharton is great too so you're in a nice situation.
Wharton is a banking factory and it will continue to be the standard for producing top bankers for years to come. If you're sure you want to go into investment banking, Wharton is the way to go.
From what I've read on these threads, Harvard and Wharton grads are more likely to go into the finance industry after graduation. Princeton, Yale, MIT and Stanford are probably the next tier behind Harvard and Wharton.
