I have strong interests in both fields, and so if I attend UMich, should I just get a BBA from Ross along w/ minor in CS or should I major in Economics from LSA and attain a BSE in Comp Sci from the engineering school?
I would really like to get a degree in CS, so by going with the latter option, will I be throwing away any opportunities that I would otherwise get by attending Ross?
i'm at umich and i'm a cse major in the engineering school with a minor in economics. i find that cs majors have an easy time landing internships with decent gpas and from what i have heard you don't really need a finance background to go into ibanking. most ibanking jobs teach you the basics of finance on the job.
