Feb 23 Auditions

I'm wondering if anyone else on here is scheduled for auditions on Saturday, February 23.

I'm also wondering about driving from NYC up to Ithaca and back in February. I'm a complete California girl - I've driven in snow out here, but never back east. I'm a little concerned about the road conditions Saturday night. DS has another audition on Sunday so we have to leave right after his audition is finished. I'd love to hear some advice on roads, trains(???) or other options.

I've lived here in the Ithaca area for 27 years and, as unhelpful as this is, you just never know. By the end of February, it could be smooth sailing or three feet of snow. There's always the bus but no trains. It used to be that one could get fairly inexpensive flights into the Ithaca airport, but I'm imagining those days are gone?...

Thanks BestShot. RT Flights are $400 for each of us, and we'd still need to leave the afternoon session early. I think I need to find someone with a morning slot on the 23rd that would be willing to trade with us.

We were ready to pull his application, but can't quite make peace with doing that. I'm just not sure what to do. I can't blame DS, it was me that didn't double-check driving times and factor in the weather variable until there were no more spaces left.
