Drama BA
If I choose to attend ithaca as a Drama BA this fall, and reaudition for the MT program, will i be able to do so for the spring semester, or will i have to wait until the following fall?

I would suggest asking this question directly to the people in the department at Ithaca. Some schools will allow you to audition mid-year, many will not.
