Does anyone know what banks are on campus? I would like to set up a checking account with ATM services at a local bank on/near campus. Any bank suggestions appreciated.

We opened a Commonwealth One bank account for my son. There are ATM's on campus, and also a branch office on campus.

Forgot to mention this can be done at orientation, over the summer. If you want to make a deposit to the account, bring a check from home, and you will be all set.

My D uses Commonwealth One too. They belong to a network of credit unions and you can make deposits at any of the banks in the network. I live in Maryland and there are two in my area so I can make deposits into her account locally. We set up the account during orientation.

Thank you so much. That is very helpful. We'll set it up at orientation!
