How many accepted with ACT only?

And what did you have on your ACTs? Thanks for the help.

I'm wondering the same. I don't think I want to send in my SAT (I have 36 ACT)

So the question about how many students are accepted with ACT only intrigued me so I did a bit of research. I am not going to comment on the second question of what scores one needs ... well because I don't comment on such questions.

Looking at the applicant pool for 2007, here is what I learned

67.7% of applicants submitted SAT scores but no ACT scores
- the acceptance rate for those students was 25.3%

24.2% of applicants submitted both SAT and ACT scores
- the acceptance rate for those students was 24.2%

5.1% of applicants submitted ACT scores but no SAT scores
- the acceptance rate for those students was 24.6%

2.8% of applicants submitted no ACT and no SAT scores
- the acceptance rate for those students was 0%

So the conclusion is, just as we say ... one's acceptance rate is not impacted by whether you send SAT only, ACT only, or both tests. If you send nothing, well then that is a different story.

We recommend that if you take SAT and ACT, send both.

Lol, why would someone send in neither ACT nor SAT scores?
