Hey laxfan or admissionsdaniel
I've been looking around at some of the chances threads and a lot of students have taken many ap's in junior and even sophomore year. My school only allows you to pick 1 AP in junior year and none in sophomore year. Would JHU know something like this?
There are two ways that an Admissions Counselor can become aware of course selection limitations by specific schools. First, the guidance counselor should include the information in their letter of recommendation. Second, the high school profile that is included with the transcript will have the course restrictions included. We do look at these high school profiles, and will factor in AP restrictions when reviewing an applicant.
