I was thinking about visiting Johns Hopkins University on one of these saturdays. But when I checked online, the only guided tour campus visits on saturday are those in summer. Does that mean there're no guided tour campus visits on the regular saturdays?

That's correct, the next weekend tours are in July 2006. You can check the tour schedule here. Saturday tours, when offered, require you to make reservations ahead of time, and do not include the residence halls; the reservation link is on the tour info page, or you can call to reserve space (but not until summer ). You can always print the self-guided tour directions and tour the campus on your own, but only weekday info sessions and tours are being offered at this time.
