Writing intensive classes

How difficult in terms of getting a good grade in r the lev 100 classes--> the most basic writing intensive classes, compared to science classes or math classes? thanks!!!!

Writing intensive classes don't need to be in the writing seminars. You can take, for instance, any of the Occidental Civilizations. i believe they are all writing intensive.

As for difficulty, most 100 level classeas aren't too bad, but this is dependant on professor ad department.

Son is a writing sems major. Overall HS gpa was 3.62 but more like 3.9 in humanities type classes (a C+ in Geometry didn't help things.) Completed freshman year at JHU doing mostly Humanities, writing intensive type classes. Lowest grade was A- (included 3 300 level classes). His mom would say its because he's brilliant but I think you could go far as a pre-med majoring in writing sems (of course only if you actually are a good writer!)
