Advice on admission to full time MS Biotechnology 2009

I would like someone to detail me on the process of getting the admission in to John Hopkins MS in Biotechnology course. I did my Masters in Botany from S.V.University India in 1998, later worked as a University Lecturer for couple of years. I am a house wife and had not got a chance to continue / think of my career since then.
I am now planning to continue my studies and would like to do my second Masters in Biotechnology.

I have my college scores (Bachelors and Masters) evaluated from WES. How do I start with the Essay ? Please guide me through this process.

Thank you,
Aruna
